It will continue to exist without restrictions. We are not removing any features from new or existing memberships. You will always have access to unlimited reports and queries without ever having to become a paid sponsor. Becoming a sponsor is just a perk, not a necessity, although it will have a lot more features.

This client is abusive, despite ticking 2 boxes asking them to check the shared IP as it is blocked by the China Firewall they continued anyway, confirmed they understood they would NOT get a refund for this and that the only support method was the forums.

They then emailed constantly asking for direct help, getting aggressive and insulting when directed to the forum, they customer then opened a paypal dispute and tried to use that for support which is ridiculous, when it was denied (and again the forum links for his own language was offered) he just got insulting again.

Account closed, just avoid this person, rather unsavory and it seems obvious from the discussions they only want a cheap server for traffic exchange crap anyway.
