The guy submitted a ticket with a request for a dedicated server with 5 IP addresses. I accepted, he requested for an invoice that he paid. I got suspicious when the guy requested for the cancellation policy and that's when I checked fraudrecord. Congrats, Fraud Records. I'm reversing the payment now.

Same as the below report - he starts by making all requests for information over e-mail, rendering us unable to run any fraud checks. Once everything is settled, he proceeds to register - which is when we found the FraudRecord reports.
