He/She has been leasing 2 high end servers for 2 months now..but that was before I signed up with Fraudrecord.. only has websites...no spamming as yet...and I do check the IP's on a regular basis...will monitor then deny his server at the end of his billing period.

Asked for a low end dedicated server. Claimed was from new york but tickets were getting replied to at 2 am. Thats not a normal "looking for a quote" time frame. Refunded payment after checking against fraudrecord

This client will first open a sales ticket asking for a quotation for 2 dedicated servers. When you reply he will seem to be much interested and then use a stolen card to make a purchase. Beware please.

Spammer Fairly certain that this person works with "Ganna Sovgut" as a spammer team.

Client submitted sales ticket as regards to purchasing two dedicated servers on a monthly basis. After checking fraud record, sale denied. Client didn't dispute the fact we denied his order.

Large scale spam op

This name and information is one of the various shields used by a spammer group. They also create accounts under Predict Labs name Gana Sovgut. They will hire a server, leave sitting idle for a few days and then blast it with a huge spam. We received 23 spam complains in a short time frame after we noticed they started getting network activity. When you take the server down and send the spam complains they will not respond, a few days later they will come asking why is the server down and saying they never received the spam complains, usual drill with them. Same behavior than Ganna Sovgut.

Trying polite way, email first and then live chat. Want to order additional ip address and explain it will be use for ERP. In the end after order, we cross check with fraudrecord and denied him in live chat. And he didn't argue at all, lol.

Customer ordered a Dedicated Server with us and immediately submitted a support ticket requesting information on how to submit payment without a subscription agreement via. Paypal. Though this seemed a little suspicious we granted it, however he never ended up paying for the services that he ordered.

Ordered 2 servers with /28 each, complained about not being able to fill out a justification form so we allowed him justification via ticket. Justification was VOIP/DB for bunch of junk domains. When asked about fraudrecord.com reports he asked for a refund, which was provided.

Ordered 2 dedicated servers with extra dedicated IPs for each. When we required justification for the IPs, he provided some valid SSL Certificates. Started Spamming within hours of receiving the servers.

Purchased 2 dedicated servers and started spamming from both within couple of days of order.
