Ordered Dedicated Server with /29 network.
First 2 weeks without any traffic - just simple web site.
They asked for /24 or /25 network but we refused.
Last 2 weeks they have tried to run huge amount SMTP traffic (11 TB). After first 2GB traffic were detected by our SPAM detection system, so all remaining SMTP traffic have got forwarded to our Trash SMTP system.
The Trash SMTP system have got more than 130M unique email addresses.
Once we asked about the SPAM they have canceled the service.
We have traced them to Morocco IP address space.

If this client signs up, I'd recommend immediately banning their usage of services. Client sent request to open port 25. We sent over an email requesting identification and reason for email usage and client immediately cancels, which we knew would happen. When they first signed up, they used Credit/Debit card since it was the only available option. Immediately after we offered paypal, they switched over to paypal. They go by the following names:

After requesting the mentioned information, they signed in with the same IP address on the account, then canceled their subscription. I believe they may have signed up with several other names and have cancelled their VPS plans previously. Mainly because it seems they may possibly have exhausted their IP address abuse per server. HIGHLY recommend to ban this user and their IP address indefinitely. NOT to be trusted.
