A major pain in the neck, reports of spam and when confronted client feigns ignorance. Terrible about paying on time and also puts up support tickets for issues that are self inflicted like getting locked out of the server and not being able to ping it. Have had to reset the firewall more than once and have advised that the firewall is NOT properly configured and offered to do it for a nominal charge.

Due to Amex accepting the transaction and then cancelling the same transaction, we had to rebill the client.
We sent many emails to let her know their CC ending 7015 was finally not billed.
She never replied. Our billing system show she loged in the system since then, so she got the multiple message we sent.

If this client signs up, I'd recommend immediately banning their usage of services. Client sent request to open port 25. We sent over an email requesting identification and reason for email usage and client immediately cancels, which we knew would happen. When they first signed up, they used Credit/Debit card since it was the only available option. Immediately after we offered paypal, they switched over to paypal. They go by the following names:

After requesting the mentioned information, they signed in with the same IP address on the account, then canceled their subscription. I believe they may have signed up with several other names and have cancelled their VPS plans previously. Mainly because it seems they may possibly have exhausted their IP address abuse per server. HIGHLY recommend to ban this user and their IP address indefinitely. NOT to be trusted.

This client has used approximately 8-12 different credit cards to pay their bill with us through our processor, Stripe. All credit cards continue to be declined. This is the '2nd' time that this client has come back to us and we have therefore completely banned the client now and in the future.
This client is using stolen credit cards, furthermore this client is a complete fake. When asked to verify their identity, they provided an expired, apparently take drivers license and also provided a social security card. Both of the 'scans' were VERY illegible and also the names were the same, but spelled a little differently.
Furthermore, the client wanted us to keep trying her card and the credit card scan that she provided was blacked out and the customer would not provide the entire credit card details to us so that we could validate the card information that she had entered and was using and attempt to process through other means.
This client is HIGHLY dangerous and we recommend that you decline ALL business, no matter how big or small it may be. You are at risk by having this client on your products or services. Just look at how many reports and how many times this client has been reported for fraud!

MaxMind scored this client as a 99% risk, I then checked fraud record and noticed this is a very high risk client.
They sign up for our services very often and we usually catch them but I believe it's all part of a spam ring. They all use the same email templates and tactics to try and get services.

She ordered a dedicated server and based on how she placed her order something seemed off. Client first and last name fields were the same. Address 1 and 2 were the same with full city, state, zip of Euclid, OH but then the city and state fields were a totally different state. Like she was trying to avoid a positive fraud check. Credit card was declied as well due to address wrong as billing and I see why.
Based on this details and other reported problems on FR we have cancelled her order as well.

Client hired 2 servers with 5 ip addresses each, we started getting spam complains after 1 month , sent various warning emails, client never responded or acknowledged them.
We suspended the server and the client never contacted us back, after several attempts to contact client she never replied.
Her traffic netflows indicated 100% smtp traffic outgoing.
We decided to cancel her account, still not a single contact from client.
