FraudRecordis growing up.
Reorganizing as an EU company, rewriting the front-end and back-end code from scratch, adding dozens of new features, and developing better support and customer service; we have been hard at work for more than a year. Soon, companies and end-users will have access to a much better FraudRecord.

Q. "What happens to our free membership?"
It will continue to exist without restrictions. We are not removing any features from new or existing memberships. You will always have access to unlimited reports and queries without ever having to become a paid sponsor. Becoming a sponsor is just a perk, not a necessity, although it will have a lot more features.

We are aware of difficulties you are facing while dealing with our existing infrastructure and customer care. We are improving everything. Until we launch the new system, you can still contact us for any issues.
