Seems legit. Connected to live chat and said "i can assure you that my order is not fraud" we told him "We can assure you it is. We will not be accepting any of your orders. Have a good day."

Major nuisance that I have been tolerating up to now. Places order and takes forever to pay for it or does not even bother to pay for and insists the server be provisioned right away regardless of payment.
Once he realizes he is not going to get his own way he pays up.
Now today I get an spam complaint and send him a not reminding him of our TOS and zero tolerance policy. Another complaint and I shut him down

Reported as the customer is very adamant on the server purchase. The IP address appears in Washington, another IP appears in Chicago and another in Houston Texas. We sent our requests to the customer for ID which failed to yield any response. Tread carefully.
