Client rejected due reports of fraudrecord
Client asked for dedicated server 4 GB RAM, HDD SATA 500 GB Disk Space, 4 IP's or more (all must be usable), Linux CentOS v6.x 64 bit, without cPanel, unmanaged (root access).
And pay via Paypal so most likely charge back.
