This guy is a total pain in lower back. Wanted his service to be changed to another product line. In the middle of doing this he submitted a cancellation request, the new VPS is deployed and got cancelled on the next cronjob run, naturally. He blamed us for terminating his VPS. Doesn't seem to understand that submitting a cancellation request will cancel his service. After trying to explain, he threaten us to post negative review on the forums he can find and wanted his money back. While we were replying to the ticket and refunding the payment, he created a Paypal dispute (in 2 minutes). This should give away the fact that he's very good and fast at submitting Paypal claims. The dispute closed automatically since we refunded his payment. We strongly recommend you to refuse this person's orders.
