Customer from CHICLAYO, LAMBAYEQUE (or Lima, Peru since he changed his info) had a couple servers and ordered one of our mid ranged servers. A payment of 140.00 was made via paypal. About a week later, payment was charged back in full, issued by the card holder. Upon asking client if he knew why he said he didn't do it. So we asked him to please take care of the fee and payment for the server he was still using. He said he would take care of it, but instead changed his account information and said he would not be held responsible for a chargeback he did not make.
Avoid customer as he will spend countless hours on live chat and request constant help and support. All of this at the cost of losing fees to paypay for a chargeback "did not make."
