This one-man company guy blocked our order because of "his personal decision" and his "manual and human fraud check". I asked him to provide details of the faulty check and reminded him that I can sent any form of my identity etc. He simply answered with NO, "it's my personal decision and it's final". So be aware that he will treat you really like a "GURU".
