It will continue to exist without restrictions. We are not removing any features from new or existing memberships. The customer ordered few dedicated servers with large assignments and caused a Spamhaus SBL listing across a /24 after 2 months of service. 2 days prior to the SBL listing, the customer had requested for us to announce one of their subnets. We hadn't responded yet and they closed their request immediately after being forwarded the Spamhaus report. It appears quite clear that the customer was preparing to use their subnet and our network for spam. This is consistent with the experience another provider reported on Web Hosting Talk, which we unfortunately found only a posteriori.

1) Very rude.

2) Complete and utter fool. Ordered a server. Got a free upgrade. Told us he ordered it with SSDs (he didn't).

3) Insulted staff members.

4) Charged back

Do not do business with him, he's just not worth it.

Customer from CHICLAYO, LAMBAYEQUE (or Lima, Peru since he changed his info) had a couple servers and ordered one of our mid ranged servers. A payment of 140.00 was made via paypal. About a week later, payment was charged back in full, issued by the card holder. Upon asking client if he knew why he said he didn't do it. So we asked him to please take care of the fee and payment for the server he was still using. He said he would take care of it, but instead changed his account information and said he would not be held responsible for a chargeback he did not make.

Avoid customer as he will spend countless hours on live chat and request constant help and support. All of this at the cost of losing fees to paypay for a chargeback "did not make."
