Requested a dedicated server from us with only one dedicated IP. Maxmind flagged this order immediately and Tyrone opened a ticket telling us it is a mistake...Says he lives in Wisconsin but his IP address he ordered from is totally different. Checked with previous hosts of his and confirmed he is using the servers for mass spamming. I would avoid this client at all costs.

Funny story is when i recieved an order from Anna (Predictlabs) I spoke with this person and he said she was not available and can he take a message for her. I also reached anna at one point, my company likes to call all of our customers and welcome them and she blatantly said i dont have time for you are you going to process my order ot not. Being a startup and naive we took this as just a that might be busy. At the time when i first started I used resellerclub as a provider of dedicated servers since then i have switched everything from them to our cloud platform hosted with Amazon. Tyrone filled out a support ticket saying he had been flagged for fraud. Anna was the first time i ever had an issue with a customer and since then we have implemented MaxMind and this service as well as on some high risk clients we ask for an EIN to do a business background and credit check.

Flagged by maxmind as high risk. Found high score on FraudRecord. Cancelled all orders for this client.

This client originally purchased a VPS from us and passed MaxMind Fraud checks. Turned out to be a spammer. After cancelling the service with this Sherman Tyrone he/she has been persistent in trying to reset his cancelled account even though we have sent 3 emails notifying that account has been closed. Seems to be using a referal company of https://servmgm.com I kindly advise to avoid like a plague. Kind Regards NetekMalta

Sherman Tyrone is part of a larger spamming network based in Marocco and operates under many names and pseudonyms.

Client submitted order for dedicated server (cheapest server we offer). Client was able to pass the MaxMind fraud check, but was flagged at my DataCenter as the client has had previous services with that DC and I was warned about this client, after doing some research I found FraudRecords and found several other complaints regarding this specific client and PredictLabs which also signed up for Service from my site 2 days previous. I have requested both clients sign and agree to my TOS and agree there will be no charge backs and they are responsible for any illegal activities, I requested ID be submitted also, Mr. Sherman Tyrone submitted a drivers license and the requested form back to me, the signatures on the form and the Drivers license supplied were completely different, the address's were different, the drivers license submitted looked like someone made it in Photoshop, it was really bad and easy to spot as a fake. When questioned about the dependencies the client said I must have made a mistake and requested a refund. PredictLabs has 12 days to submit these forms to me with ID, failure to will give me rights to suspend service and I will be able to terminate service for good. Both orders requested 5 available IP address's.

Able to provide photo of driver license and even photo of the credit card, highly suspected this was associate with morocco spam network.
