How to Get Started

Setting up your FraudRecord account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

Create an account.

Click on the Create Account button at the top of the page and register for a free account.

Complete your registration.

After registering, you will receive an email to verify your account. Once you verify your email, your dashboard will guide you for completing your profile and security settings.

Create a reporter profile.

If you represent a company, create a reporter profile to start reporting and querying clients. Your dashboard will guide you through this process.

If you are a client and want to monitor your own data or respond to reports about yourself, you can skip ahead a few steps and create personal data monitors.

Integrate your billing system.

If you are using one of our supported billing systems, you can add FraudRecord query and reporting functionality to your billing panel.

Start reporting and querying.

Once your reporter profile is set up, you can start reporting clients who have committed fraud or abuse. You can also query the database to check if a client has been reported by other companies.

Add team members.

If you have a team, you can add team members to your reporter profile. This allows your team to collaborate and manage reports together. You can invite team members from the dashboard.

Create personal data monitors.

You can create personal data monitors using your own information such as email addresses or phone numbers, and check if anyone has reported you.
