Reporter Notification Email Addresses
Go to "Fraud Watches" on your dashboard and click "Configure Settings" to set the email addresses that will receive notifications about fraud watches and report responses.
These email addresses are used to receive notifications when a report that matches a fraud watch you have is submitted by others, or a report response is submitted by a client. You can set these email addresses in your Fraud Watch configure settings page.
Email Addresses
Up to 5 email addresses can be set to receive notifications. By default, our system will use the email address associated with your account. You can change it or add more.
If you remove all email addresses, the system will not send notifications for fraud watches or report responses.
Fraud Watch Notifications
When a report that matches a fraud watch you have is submitted by others, a notification email will be sent to the specified email addresses. The email will contain details about the fraud watch and a URL to take you to the fraud watch details page.
Report Response Notifications
When a report response is submitted by a client, a notification email will be sent to the specified email addresses. The email will contain details about the report response and a URL to take you to the report response details page.
